What do you say in a scenerio that continually happens?
You think you've fixed it, and it comes up again.
And after the third time, you're lost for words to say.
You've said everything you've wanted and needed to say before.
You can't say sorry again, because you no longer are.
You can't explain your point of view because you already have.

Does it not make someone feel like they aren't listened to?
Like what they say doesnt matter the first or second time?
Wouldn't you feel rather cheated if they said they understand
the first time only to react the same way the second time?
